Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, such as hotels, hospitals, or private residences. Responsibilities: - Perform general housekeeping duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas - Change linens and make beds - Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products - Handle laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly - Follow established safety procedures and guidelines - Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor - Adhere to company policies and regulations Skills: - Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred - Knowledge of housekeeping management techniques - Familiarity with floor care procedures and equipment - Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and efficiently - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Good communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues Note: This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and skills required for the position of Housekeeper.
