POSITION OVERVIEW
The on-site Business Leader (General Manager) provides leadership, coordination, supervision, and oversight of the field and support operations. They will oversee and manage the overall success of the branch office. This position will maintain a strong client focus while driving employee engagement in a rapidly changing, competitive market
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsibilities include planning, organizing and leading business activities to exceed revenue, gross profit and ebitda budget.
- Effectively communicate expectations and accountability to branch teammates to increase business, manage workload and job costs, and achieve production and margin objectives.
- Promote customer satisfaction through high quality service, and a 5-star experience at every customer touch point. Maintain a Google Score of 4.8 minimum.
- Responsible for maintaining A/R levels < 5% of monthly revenue.
- Work with branch leadership team to create a monthly operational budget to exceed branch budget objectives. Conduct an in-person daily huddle to review the previous days results and plan for success the next 3 days.
- Effectively manage relationships with teammates through clear communication, addressing all concerns, questions, or problems expediently.
