At Blue Care we work as a collaborative team between RBT's, Behavior Analysts and the families, teachers, and other involved individuals. We provide services in client's homes, school and different places throughout the community as needed and to ensure generalization of skills!
Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and / or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team. The BCBA / BCaBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and providing supervision and training to behavior technicians.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skill assessments
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIP)
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of intervention plans
- Provide supervision, training, and support to behavior technicians and RBTs
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards set by the BACB
