OVERVIEW
Our client is seeking a Leasing Consultant for their renowned 109-unit market rate community located in Westborough, MA. This full-time role focuses on the effective marketing, leasing, and retention efforts within assigned communities alongside front desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of direct experience in property management, covering resident relations, marketing, and financial management.
🏡 WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Implement sales and marketing strategies
- Manage social media, reputation, and satisfaction ratings
- Oversee waitlists, tours, applications, interviews, agreements, pre-inspections, move-ins, resident relations, vacancies, and renewals
- Update and maintain market surveys and marketing reports
- Ensure data quality in property management software
- Improve occupancy to exceed budget targets
- Generate reports on leasing status and achievements
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Front desk responsibilities (check in, check out)
- Build corporate clients
- Ability to work weekends.
