WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations : Ensure timely completion of work orders, preventative maintenance, and repairs.
- Lead and develop a team : Manage, train, and mentor maintenance personnel.
- Manage capital projects : Develop scopes of work, solicit bids, oversee contractors, and manage budgets.
- Ensure compliance : Enforce company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate and communicate : Work closely with property management, ownership, and vendors.
- Requires frequent travel within the region.
