The ideal candidate will have experience in managing all aspects of property operations, ensuring a seamless and well-maintained living environment. They will implement and enforce property policies, lease agreements, and rules to maintain a positive and compliant atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Manage property operations efficiently, including maintenance, repairs, and resident services.
• Foster positive relationships with residents by providing excellent customer service and addressing concerns professionally.
• Prepare and manage budgets to ensure financial objectives are met and expenses are controlled.
• Oversee rent collection, financial reporting, and accounts payable/receivable processes.
• Stay up-to-date on local, state, and federal housing regulations and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or related field.
