Job Description
Responsible for supervising and directing work assignments of the slot repair staff. Resolve equipment operation discrepancies. Review and analyze reports related to slot equipment performance.
- Supervise, evaluate, discipline, and direct work assignments of slot repair employees.
- Resolve equipment operation discrepancies with internal personnel, gaming regulatory agency employees, and customers in a friendly and professional manner .
- Review and analyze reports related to slot equipment performance.
- Organize machine placement on casino floor.
- Confer with manufacturers and vendors in a professional manner regarding slot equipment and parts.
- Assign and maintain work schedule for the slot repair staff. Utilize parts manuals and maintain an organized inventory.
- Develop and monitor periodic maintenance schedules to maintain efficiency of slot machinery.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Six (6) months of experience in a similar position preferred.
- Must possess a thorough knowledge of the mechanics, electronics, andelectrical functions of gaming machines.
- Two (2) years of experience in slots or a related field or graduate from slotrepair school or similar course of study strongly preferred.
- Must be able to work with various hand tools and power tools.
- Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift.
- Mustbe able to stoop over,kneel, and crouch while repairing gamingmachines.
- Must be able to pushand pull machines and maneuver weights up to80 pounds.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
