Job Description:
We are looking for a Production Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for: enter all production efficiencies into the system. To close and ensure the accuracy of information contained in all production and mixing work orders. To manage and review the hours and payroll of temporary employees.

Close work orders within 24 hours accurately

Print all work orders and labels for production employees

Schedule production employees for the following day with the help of the production supervisors

Work with material stagers to ensure production inventory accuracy

Review variances in the system and notify the Production Manager of variances.

Comply with GMP regulations

Manage temporary employee timecards through a web-based management tool
Qualifications
Education and/or on-the-job experience needed
- Basic math skills
- On the Job training for inventory management system
Industry-specific knowledge, skills & abilities needed
- Written and Oral communication in English, and or Spanish
Technical
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
