We are looking for PART TIMER skilled plumbers, electricians, drywall specialists, carpenters, and handymen in Augusta, GA to complete work orders for single family rental homes.
Requirements:
- Must drive a truck, van, or SUV
- Pass Background Check
- Must be able to show up on time. No show, no work.
- Quality work
- Smart Phone
Looking for someone who can do at least 3 or more of the following:
- Plumbers (can handle main line repair, augering, WATER HEATERS!!! etc)
- HVAC Technicians with EPA cards
-Drywall/texture/paint - Appliance Repair
-Garage Doors repair
-Fence repairs and replacement
-Electrical work
- Tree Removal
-General handyman/maintenance work
The Pay:
-Labor payout for each work order is dependent on the scope of work.
-Pay is by direct deposit on a weekly basis
