Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of swimming pools, ensuring they are clean, safe, and functioning properly. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces.
- Test water chemistry and adjust chemicals as necessary to maintain safe swimming conditions.
- Inspect pool equipment, such as pumps, filters, and heaters, for proper operation and perform necessary repairs.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for equipment repair and maintenance tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating with clients about maintenance schedules and any required repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed on each pool.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working on-site.
- Maintain open communication with property managers.
- Employee must have reliable mode of transportation
Skills
- Proficient in pool cleaning techniques and pool maintenance practices.
- Experience with hand tools and power tools used in equipment repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues effectively.
- Previous experience as a service technician is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
