Key Responsibilities
● Sales Strategy Development and Execution:○ Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.○ Lead nationwide sales initiatives, focusing on identifying and capturing market opportunities.● Client Relationship Management:○ Establish and maintain productive and professional relationships with key stakeholders in customer accounts.○ Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.● Contract Negotiation and Closing:○ Negotiate and close high-value agreements with medium-to-large enterprise clients.○ Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery.● Market Research and Expansion:○ Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new customer segments and opportunities.○ Analyze competitive landscapes and leverage insights to refine sales strategies.● Forecasting and Reporting:○ Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.○ Monitor sales performance metrics and present reports to leadership

Qualifications● Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in national or regional sales, preferably within the facility services industry.● Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).● Hands-on experience with CRM software and sales performance tools.● Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.● Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.● Strong organizational and time management skills.● Data-driven problem solver with a customer-first approach.● Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
