Role Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable accounting professional to handle various accounting tasks, including reconciliations, fixed assets, treasury, and intercompany accounting. The role requires strong teamwork, daily and month-end reconciliation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform customer account analysis and month-end close
- Handle reconciliations, including intercompany transactions and cash management
- Process journal entries, accruals, and accounts receivable/payable invoicing
- Conduct general ledger analysis and recommend adjustments
- Assist with system testing, test case development, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and segregation of duties
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- 2 years of accounting experience, strong in reconciliations
- Proficiency in transactional accounting (internal, tax, legal, facility)
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate in a team
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and professional business communication
- SAP experience
