Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage insurance receivables and support financial operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, professionalism in communication, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in insurance receivables, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing
- Handle incoming inquiries with professionalism, providing informed responses to branch personnel, customers, and insurance authorities
- Process and reconcile receipts with customer invoices and statements
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and participate in special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services or insurance preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
- Experience working in a dispersed or multi-location organization is preferred
