Automotive Technician
Shift : M-F, 8AM - 5PM
Location : Duncan, SC (Must be local)
Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles, using a documented process, checklist, and guidelines
- Provide service support to the field to support the Service organization
- Assist with assigned diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections on EDV vehicles
- Shuttling vehicles back and forth from delivery stations
- Document results (pass / fail) of pre-delivery inspections and communicate results to team members / supervisor
- Assist and support vehicle repairs in a setting outside of a service center
- Conduct road tests on vehicles to ensure quality of the repair
- Perform necessary parts operations such as parts ordering, receiving, shipping and inventory
- Stay up to date with technical skills and required training
- Establish peer relationships and work under the mentorship of a senior technician
