We are looking for seasoned sales folks to be part of the best staffing and consulting team in the business.
This position offers a base salary PLUS an uncapped commission plan.
Qualifications and Required Experience :
- Minimum 3 years of Engineering staffing experience in new business development
- Eager to work in-person at an energetic office
- A hunter, ready to knock down doors
- Manage the lifecycle of the consultants to create long-term customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, especially in making connections and developing relationships
- Strong motivation for personal success
- Resourcefulness that drives discovering qualified leads
- Facilitate effective passive and active pipelining through sales strategies
- Successfully manage customer and consultant expectations to ensure that the consultant satisfies the customer's engagement expectations
- Understand industry trends and be able to discuss requirements with customers in a professional manner
