Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, modify, and support PLC, CNC, HMI, and robot controls.
- Maintain and optimize machining equipment for continuous operation.
- Assist in control design for new equipment and provide technical support.
- Interpret technical drawings and OEM documentation for fault diagnosis.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Siemens Step 7, TIA Portal, Fanuc robots, Cognex vision, and Allen Bradley PLCs.
- Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and coolant systems.
- BS in Electrical Engineering or 8 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in PLCs, HMIs, servos, robotics, and vision systems.
