We are looking for an experienced Site Ecommerce Manager/Ecommerce Business Analyst to assist in the development and management of an Ecommerce platform tailored for vendors selling to dealers. This position has been newly established as part of the company’s ongoing Ecommerce initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance "a B2B ecommerce platform, ensuring its functionality, usability, and growth.
- Act as a product owner for the ecommerce platform, prioritizing and executing feature enhancements in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Ensure platform enhancements align with business goals, user needs, and strategic vision.
- Collaborate with third-party ecommerce service providers (e.g., payment gateways, security vendors).
- Work closely with developers, UX teams, and technical teams to communicate business needs and ensure technical execution.
- Ensure the platform is PCI-compliant and meets online payment security standards.
- Evaluate which features provide the most business value and whether changes require third-party integrations or internal development.
- The focus is on enhancing and managing the ecommerce site rather than overseeing timelines and project plans.
Requirements:
- 5 years in an Ecommerce Business Analyst/Product Owner role or similar
