We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Receivables Specialist to join our team! This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of financial processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. The Accounts Receivables Specialist will play a key role in managing and processing insurance-related transactions while supporting ongoing process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and support engineers in meeting operational improvement targets and implementing upgrades to production capacity.
- Oversee project planning, including timeline creation, budget tracking, and issue resolution.
- Develop and evaluate cost estimates for various manufacturing upgrades and process modifications.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to refine and implement production strategies.
- Ensure manufacturing processes meet operational efficiency goals and production validation requirements.
- Maintain and update critical process documentation, including operational guidelines, engineering workflows, and control measures.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- At least three years of experience in machining processes.
- A minimum of three years leading and mentoring engineering teams.
- Strong project management capabilities and business acumen.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues effectively while working across multiple levels of the organization.
