What you'll be doing :
Provide direct technology support for employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Manage and support the organization’s SaaS applications, ensuring seamless access and functionality for users
Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding, managing technology setup and ensuring smooth transitions
Support identity management processes, including user access provisioning, authentication, and security best practices
Respond to helpdesk tickets, prioritize requests, and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with the Manager, Information Technology to drive IT strategy, support system improvements, and implement new technologies
Ensure that all end-user devices (laptops, mobile phones, etc.) are properly configured and maintained
Assist with occasional office relocations or new office setups, providing tech support as needed
Need to have :
Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role
Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms, helpdesk systems, and end-user technology
Active Directory Experience
Experience with identity and access management (IAM) and security protocols
Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues
