What you’ll be doing:
- Onsite support for users
- Mobile device setup and support
- Onboarding and offboarding
- Documentation
- Help desk and desktop support
- Resolving tickets
Need to have:
- 3 years of IT experience
- AD
- Office 365
- iOS, Android mobile support
- Ticketing system experience
- SCCM or similar
Nice to have:
- Degree
- Certifications
- Citrix
