What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming business processes and systems by:
- Collaborating with Business and IT stakeholders to understand and deconstruct current processes and systems, including integration points with external suppliers.
- Driving value throughout the entire development lifecycle—from project inception and requirements gathering to design, construction, testing, and deployment.
- Gathering and documenting clear, detailed requirements from business users in a format that is actionable for developers and test analysts.
- Acting as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and effective solutions.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of driving successful projects.
- Experience working with AzureDevOps and SharePoint
- Hands-on experience collaborating with business teams to document requirements and working closely with developers to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance.
- Production support experience to help maintain and enhance system performance.
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and process optimization.
- Expertise in business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling, and mapping.
- Demonstrated success in serving as a liaison between business users and technical staff to drive impactful solutions.
- Comprehensive understanding of various software development methodologies, including Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall.
