We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Receivables Specialist to join our team! This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of financial processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. The Accounts Receivables Specialist will play a key role in managing and processing insurance-related transactions while supporting ongoing process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers to ensure effective execution of powertrain testing.
- Oversee planning, procurement, and utilization of testing facilities.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts within the testing process.
- Conduct validation tests at both system and component levels in a controlled lab setting.
- Develop and refine test methodologies for electric powertrain systems.
- Design instrumentation and data acquisition setups for accurate test results.
- Act as a subject matter expert in E-axle testing, troubleshooting issues with custom test setups.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MTS 329 experience.
- Strong background in electric powertrains, including testing and validation.
- Experience working with electric axles and drivetrain systems.
- Hands-on expertise in designing, implementing, and verifying test equipment for electric powertrains.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least a decade of industry experience, or a technical certification with 15 years in a relevant field.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive CAN protocols, with experience creating .DBC or FIBEX database files.
