Contract & Procurement Management
- Track contracts, subscriptions, licenses, assets, and budgets
- Process contract requests, amendments, and renewals
- Manage solicitations for goods, services, and projects
Purchasing & Sourcing Support
- Process purchase requests, route invoices, and place orders
- Ensure adherence to sourcing strategies and standard procedures
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
- Act as a liaison with Procurement, Legal, Accounts Payable, and vendors
- Prepare evaluations, presentations, and reports for new technology initiatives
Additional Responsibilities
- Support purchasing activities across infrastructure and application portfolios
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What You Bring:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Experience in IT procurement is a plus but not required
- Ability to work with accuracy and ensure everything is in the right place from an accounting perspective
- Willingness to learn and adapt to our specialized processes
- No negotiation required—just attention to detail and a proactive approach
