This role ensures compliance with GAAP and company policies while managing financial data and reporting. Responsibilities include preparing general ledger entries, maintaining accounting controls, supporting month-end close, and generating executive reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses
- Support month-end close and assist with forecasts and budgets
- Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain accounting controls
- Analyze financial data and generate reports
- Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (Master’s & CPA preferred or 3 years of public accounting)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and Microsoft Office
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
