Manage sourcing processes for complex projects involving standard products and services. Collaborate with business units and leadership to enhance efficiency, mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and optimize costs in third-party procurement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead multiple sourcing projects with a structured project management approach.
- Develop and negotiate supplier strategies and commercial terms.
- Conduct supplier assessments, pricing negotiations, and capability evaluations.
- Utilize Procurement systems for sourcing, contracting, and purchasing.
- Analyze market data, spending trends, and contracts to inform strategies.
- Support supplier diversity initiatives and corporate values.
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience.
- 5 years in data analytics, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Preferred : Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM).
