Blue Chip Talent is looking for a Warehouse Operations Associate 1 responsible for managing warehouse operations related to tag printing, extract work, and IT support at the Charlotte facility. This role ensures seamless warehouse operations by supporting inventory management, reporting, and order processing.
Purpose of Role:
- Ensure the warehouse functions efficiently by handling tag printing, extract work, and WMS operations
Top 3 Must-Have Skills
- At least 2 years of warehouse experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Excel
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as SAP
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor file downloads (SEIMA) for order extracts and order draws
- Execute Pick Tag Breakdown – sorting, printing, and distributing tags
- Perform Pick Tag reprints based on customer requests
- Handle material returns, including processing dealer and supervisor tags
- Manage inventory, including replenishing supplies (printer ribbons, paper, toners, pick tags)
- Cover Warehouse Management System (WMS) launch activities
- Support minor IT troubleshooting (e.g., directing issues to the broader IT team)
- Ensure warehouse operations remain fully functional and compliant
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- At least 2 years of warehouse experience
- Strong Microsoft Office 365 and Excel skills
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (SAP or WMS platforms)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred:
- Associate’s degree or technical certification (not required)
- Basic IT troubleshooting experience
- Ability to work with large-scale printing systems
Typical Day:
- Printing and managing 15,000–30,000 warehouse tags per day
- Checking file extracts and coordinating warehouse inventory tracking
- Minor IT troubleshooting and coordination with IT teams
