Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and manage phone systems effectively.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for staff members.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Assist with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance operational efficiency.
Skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
