POSITION
Blue Cliff College is seeking a Nursing Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant’s primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to the Nursing Program Director.
JOB DUTIES
- Organize department meetings, including taking and maintaining minutes
- Collect and manage student immunizations
- Initiate the onboarding process for new employees
- Manage data aggregation of the nursing programs
- Organize, manage, and maintain student and faculty files
- Assist with adhering to regulatory mandates
- Maintain stock of lab supplies by checking inventory and reordering supplies as needed
- Maintain professional assistance when working with vendors, customers, and coworkers
- Act independently and originate new procedures as well as approaches to problems
- Maintain company information in a confidential manner
- Complete projects and/or reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proven experience in a people-oriented environment
- Proven record in working successfully with diverse populations
- A positive attitude and ability to plan and adapt to change
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with college departments and cross-functioning teams
- Ability to work under stress and commit to deadlines
COMPENSATION
In the spirit of pay transparency, we can share that the pay range for this position is $35,000-40,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
