2025 JUMPSTART Summer Leadership Program
Jumpstart Your Leadership Journey with Blue & Co. LLC!
Blue’s Jumpstart Summer Leadership Program is a two-day immersive experience designed to help accelerate your career by giving you a glimpse into the world of public accounting. As a participant, you will gain meaningful, relevant experience as you network with other college students and potential future colleagues! You will expand your leadership skills through exciting activities and informational presentations. It’s a great opportunity to get a jumpstart on your career in public accounting!
This year’s program will be held in Cincinnati, OH June 24 & 25.
Day 1 : June 24 - Kick things off with a fun meet and greet and networking activity and then head to Great American Ballpark for the Cincinnati Reds vs. New York Yankees game! Connect with fellow students and accounting professionals in an exciting and relaxed setting.
Day 2 : June 25 - Spend the day at the 21c Museum Hotel in Cincinnati, where you’ll dive into workshops and breakout sessions that focus on both accounting expertise and essential soft skills, all geared to elevate your personal and professional growth.
Blue & Co. covers all expenses related to the program, including hotel if needed.
Qualifications for the Program :
- Rising Sophomore, Junior or Senior.
- Strong academic performance (Minimum GPA 3.2).
- Accounting major on track to meet the 150-credit hour CPA requirement. We will also consider candidates who are in accounting related majors with the desire to explore opportunities in a Consulting firm.
- Demonstrated leadership skills including a history of extra-curricular or volunteer activities.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.
