In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to clients looking to purchase vehicles. You will utilize your sales management skills to build relationships with customers, effectively negotiate deals, and ensure a smooth sales process from start to finish. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in vehicle selection.
• Utilize effective negotiation skills to close sales and maximize profitability.
• Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline, tracking leads and follow-ups diligently.
• Conduct outbound sales activities to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
• Manage inventory control by keeping track of available vehicles and ensuring proper presentation on the lot.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire purchasing process, addressing any concerns or questions promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall dealership goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management or a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong mathematical skills for retail math applications related to pricing and financing options.
• Excellent negotiation abilities with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for both the dealership and customers.
• Demonstrated upselling techniques that enhance customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with inventory control processes is highly desirable.
• Experience in outbound sales strategies is a plus.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
