Residential In-Home Sales Representative
Benefits & Compensation
Commission Structure :
5%-15% of sales
Additional 1%-3% commission on self-generated leads
Bonuses :
Up to $7,500 monthly performance-based bonuses
Quarterly and annual Top Performers awards
Base Compensation :
4,167 / month Forgivable Draw for the first three months

Responsibilities :
Conduct in-home sales consultations using a proven sales process tailored to clients needs and budgets.
Prepare and present kitchen and bathroom designs using 20 / 20 Design or similar software.
Maintain client communication throughout the process to ensure satisfaction and create raving fans.
Attend weekly team meetings and coaching sessions as required.
Requirements :
Proven in-home sales experience with a strong track record of revenue generation.
Positive attitude, high energy, and a commitment to doing the right thing.
Growth-oriented with a desire for long-term success.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and Saturdays.
Schedule :
Office day : Mondays
Consultations : Tuesday-Friday (11am, 2pm, and / or 5pm) and two Saturdays per month (10am and / or 1pm)
One evening consultation per week
