Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with project managers to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Supervision: Direct and supervise a team of plumbers and apprentices. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure plumbing installations comply with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards. Address any issues promptly to maintain quality craftsmanship.
- Material Management: Oversee the procurement and inventory management of plumbing materials and equipment. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and availability of required items.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures on-site to maintain a secure working environment. Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and audits to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.

Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in commercial or residential plumbing with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
- Licensure: Valid plumbing license and certifications as required by state regulations. Knowledge of local building codes and ordinances.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Hands-on experience with various plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
