Position Overview:
Anytime Garage Door is seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Installer to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. The Lead Installer will be responsible for the installation and repair of residential and commercial garage doors and related components. This role requires a strong background in garage door installation and a keen ability to drive in-home sales through excellent customer service and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of garage doors and openers.
- Conduct site assessments and measurements to ensure proper installation.
- Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions for garage door malfunctions.
- Manage and lead a team of technicians, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality workmanship.
- Deliver exceptional in-home sales presentations to potential customers.
- Provide accurate cost estimates and close sales transactions.
- Maintain inventory and manage tools and equipment.
- Ensure timely completion of projects and maintain a clean work environment.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Garage Door Installation Technician.
- Strong understanding of garage door mechanics, installation techniques, and repair procedures.
- Demonstrated ability in in-home sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical clients.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to handle the demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification is a plus.
