We’re looking for a dependable and skilled HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Franklin, TN. This role will handle both installations and service work for residential and light commercial systems. What You'll Do:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings
- Diagnose issues and provide effective repair solutions
- Perform system inspections and tune-ups
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Deliver outstanding customer service and communicate clearly with clients
- Document service calls and installations accurately
- Work collaboratively with team members and report to management
What We're Looking For:
- 5 years of HVAC install and/or service experience
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- State of Tennessee HVAC license (or in progress) is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to be on-call for occasional emergency service
