Key Responsibilities
- Assemble channel letter machines and CNC router tables following technical specifications, diagrams, and blueprints.
- Build sub-assembly kits and wire electrical panels according to safety standards.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Perform precise measurements using tape measures and calipers.
- Maintain records of assembly and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes.
- Follow safety protocols in a fast-paced production environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience assembling industrial machinery is preferred.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Basic understanding of electricity and experience using a multimeter.
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a hot environment.
- Flexible schedule to meet deadlines when needed.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of design software (Autodesk, Fusion360, etc.).
- Electrical apprentice experience or familiarity with wiring diagrams.
- Experience with sandblasting or mechanical work.
- Personal tools for assembly (preferred but not required).
- Welding and CNC milling experience.
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
- $22-$30/HR
