About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and grow our HVAC and Plumbing operations in Gainesville, FL. This role requires a strong leader with a business-driven mindset, who can oversee daily operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure top-tier customer service. The General Manager will be responsible for managing technicians, office staff, budgets, and strategic initiatives to enhance profitability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations for both HVAC and plumbing divisions, ensuring quality service and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic growth plans to increase revenue and market share.
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial performance, ensuring profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of technicians, office staff, and managers.
