Pay Type: Salary $40,000 plus commission

Schedule: M-F, 40 hours, 9-5
Job Description:
All Dry Services of Dallas, the fastest growing water and mold remediation company in the nation, is seeking a motivated Territory Marketing Representative to promote our exciting brand. This is an outside sales/marketing position focused on building relationships in a predetermined area to drive business. No high-pressure sales tactics—just relationship building and commissions on business generated from those relationships.
Qualifications:
- Positive and engaging attitude
- Ability to hold a conversation
- Must have a car and a valid driver’s license
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to identify and connect with decision makers
- Existing connections in home insurance, property management, plumbing, construction, HOA’s, etc. are beneficial
Daily Responsibilities:
- Log visits and manage routes via provided software
- Report marketing items distributed
- Take calls from lead sources
- Report leads to dispatch or book calls
- Attend assigned sales functions and conventions
- Conduct daily pre-call intelligence work
- Review day/week with Owner/Marketing Manager
