Offering in-shop, mobile, and 24/7 emergency services, you can count on us to keep your reefer equipment on the road and operating at peak efficiency.
Job responsibilities:
- Use your excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills to engage your diesel technicians, maintain good morale among your team including Service Writers, and keep your customers super happy
- Prioritize and assign reefer and APU repairs to meet customers’ needs
- Hire, train, and mentor junior technicians and Service Writers
- Lead technicians to achieve maximum productivity & efficiency
- Lead improvement efforts that support annual goals for service and cost control
- Assure a clean and safe working environment
Must Have Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years as a Service Manager in a Thermo King or Carrier dealership
- Strong diesel repair background (10 years)
- EPA 608 and 609 license
