Key Responsibilities :
- Operational Leadership :
Manage P&L, implement strategies to optimize customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Recruit, train, and mentor employees while fostering a collaborative, value-driven culture.
Drive customer engagement, improve satisfaction, and instill a sales-focused mindset across the team.
Monitor budgets, control costs, and provide regular financial reports to ensure profitability.
Develop marketing plans, explore new business opportunities, and build partnerships with local stakeholders.
Maintain licensing and permitting compliance while upholding safety standards.
Requirements :
8 years in HVAC or residential services, with 4 years in a leadership role.
Active Class I HVAC license (Class II preferred).
Valid driver's license with a clean record.
