GORDON FEINBLATT LLC - Baltimore, MD is seeking to join our team. Our Energy and Environmental team helps clients navigate the often-complex planning issues and approval processes surrounding power development and renewable energy, climate change, environmental response, and urban redevelopment in Maryland and beyond.Significant client interaction will be expected, along with strong written and oral communication skills, creative problem-solving skills, and an aptitude for business generation.The successful candidate will be barred in Maryland and have a minimum of ten years of experience practicing law, preferably with significant experience practicing before the Maryland Public Service Commission or another public utility commission or FERC. Litigation experience permitting renewable energy facilities and / or handling public utility matters, such as rate cases, is preferred. Additional experience with environmental permitting or response work, including environmental enforcement actions and environmental due diligence, is a plus.This position is permanent and full-time.#J-18808-Ljbffr
