THE ROLE : The RV Office Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment in the office and common areas of the RV dealership.
This role ensures that the workspaces are sanitary, well-organized, and presentable to both employees and visitors.
The ideal candidate will have attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
- Clean and sanitize all office spaces, including desks, windows, floors, and restrooms.
- Empty trash bins, clean and sanitize waste containers, and replace liners.
- Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and wipe down surfaces regularly.
- Clean and maintain break rooms, including microwaves, refrigerators, tables, and sinks.
- Stock and replenish supplies in restrooms and break rooms (e.g., paper towels, soap, toilet paper).
- Sweep and mop floors in common areas, including hallways and reception areas.
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces, such as door handles, light switches, and handrails.
- Assist in maintaining a tidy and organized workspace by keeping clutter under control.
- Report any maintenance issues (leaks, broken fixtures, etc.) to the Facilities Manager.
- Follow all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE :
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet high standards of cleanliness.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving equipment or supplies up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment :
- Primarily indoor work in an office setting; some tasks may require outdoor cleaning near entrances.
- Regular use of cleaning supplies and equipment (e.g., vacuums, mops, and cleaning agents).
- May require occasional evening or weekend shifts based on office needs or special events.
