In this role you will be responsible for conducting the warranty process for several locations, submitting paperwork to the manufacturer, and tracking requests to ensure the dealership is paid for all warranty work done.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
- Conduct the Warranty Process in a timely manner for all assigned locations.
- Submit daily pre-authorizations, this includes checking for recalls at time of submittal and escalating denied pre-authorizations as required.
- Update daily work orders with authorization information while ensuring all work order statuses are current.
- Submit daily Claims and create parts labels for return.
- Coordinate with Warranty Market Manager daily on workload and progress.
- Uphold yourself and locations to Blue Compass standard of excellence, core values and culture.
