WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their RV needs.
- Educate customers about RV features, benefits, and financing options.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through excellent communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and dealership sales goals.
- As a Sales Leader, support and coach team members to drive performance and maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Proven success in sales or customer service (experience in RV, automotive, or similar industries is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule.
- Leadership experience is required for the Sales Leader position.
