- Greet customers as they arrive.
- Answer questions about services, pricing, and scheduling.
- Provide a welcoming atmosphere.
- Schedule service appointments for RV maintenance and repairs.
- Manage the service calendar to optimize workflow.
- Confirm and remind customers of upcoming appointments.
- Answer incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate department.
- Follow up with customers regarding service updates or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information and service history.
- Process paperwork for service orders, including invoicing and payments.
- Assist in inventory management for parts and supplies.
- Communicate customer needs and service requests to the service team.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their RV service.

- Ability to work with a variety of RV clients and prospective customers
- Ability to handle and process deposit payments for RV purchases

- Applicants must be able to work until 8 pm depending on store schedule
- Some weekend schedules may be required
