We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Executive to oversee the daily workflow of digital marketing and development projects. Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships by providing strategic oversight, proactive communication, and high-quality service.
Project Oversight: Effectively manage multiple digital marketing and web development projects, ensuring that all tasks, timelines, and deliverables align with business and marketing objectives.
Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and oversee project schedules, ensuring that design, development, and marketing teams stay on track with deadlines and budgets.
Proactive Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs promptly and providing timely updates to ensure alignment.
Resource & Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute campaigns, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional results.
Strategic Thinking: Anticipate potential roadblocks, proactively address challenges, and develop creative solutions to meet project goals.
Reporting & Budget Management: Regularly update management with detailed status reports, budget summaries, and key performance metrics.
Required Qualifications:
5 years of Account Executive / Project Management experience, preferably in digital marketing or web development.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
Exceptional responsiveness—quickly addresses client inquiries and internal requests.
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Experience with digital marketing strategies (including SEO, social media, paid search, email marketing, and web development processes).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying ideas clearly and professionally.
Ability to thrive under deadline pressures and adapt to shifting priorities.
Experience estimating project hours, budgets, and timelines to ensure efficiency and profitability.
