Essential Responsibilities:
* Ensures staff are well educated on client care policies
* Monitors care provided by staff to our clients daily
* Completes needed clinical assessments and documentation when needed
* Reviews resident records and documentation daily to ensure documentation compliance for care and billing services
Qualifications:
Valid Nursing License in the state of Ohio
