We delegate projects crafted to be completed and delivered by the end of your internship, that are intended to provide you with operational experience as well as an overview in our HR function. What you need
- Currently enrolled student at a four-year university in an undergraduate or graduate program with an overall grade point average of 3.0 or better. If in an undergraduate program, the student will be a junior or senior.
- The individual's area of study must be related to Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communication or Social Sciences.
- Strong organization and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the internship.
- Strong PC skills (Windows operating system, e-mail, HRIS, internet browsing and research).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access).
- Team player who is able to work with multiple departments.
- Need to be self-motivated and be able to carry out activities with a minimum of supervision.
- Ability to maintain confidentially of sensitive data required.
