The Appeals Specialist is accountable for handling Member/group/agent correspondence, Appeals and Social Media inquiries for all lines of business. The duties of the incumbent include researching, responding to, tracking, and closing Appeals and correspondence related to Member/Provider/group and agent issues while identifying quality improvement opportunities in all inventories.
