The Customer Support Representative (CSR) plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers who seek assistance, information, or guidance. This position involves thorough research on inquiries related to myBlue, pharmacy options, enrollment processes, billing, benefits, and claims to ensure that we achieve first call resolution.
As a CSR, you will connect with each customer, addressing their concerns with personalized information that caters to their specific healthcare needs.
Key Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Proficient computer skills and completion of all call center training program levels.
- Outstanding active listening skills to thoroughly understand members' issues.
- Exceptional communication skills to uphold a professional company image at all times.
Important Information :
This position is based in our Flowood, MS office and is not a remote opportunity. The work schedule is Monday through Friday.
