Our RFP Manager defines, implements, and leads proposal and presentation development processes for potential and existing clients. Manages all activities involved in the development and delivery of winning RFXs (RFP, RFI, RFQ), finalist meetings, and client quarterly and annual review presentations for the company's largest clients. Provides insight on B2B marketing efforts for clinical and financial solutions, when needed.
This role has preference for flexible hybrid location (onsite Meridian Idaho and work-from-home); there may be opportunity fully remote work within a mutually acceptable location. ;
Required Experience: 5/ years’ B2B writing, leading, developing, and/or managing large-scale proposals and presentation projects.

Your Day May Look Like
- Defines and implements proposal development processes that align with industry best practices.
- Writes key messages (e.g. value proposition, differentiators) and generates new ideas on how to convey the message.
- Leads and manages all proposal development activities.
- Leads and manages client annual and quarterly review meeting activities by collaborating with key agency partners and the sales/account management team(s).
- Leads the development, curation, and maintenance of a sales enablement archival system to ensure proper and effective storage and retrieval of proposals, client annual and quarterly review presentations, past performance information, proposal development tools and templates, and market intelligence.
- Manages the budget for proposal development activities and participates in the annual budget planning process.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned which may include B2B communications, some broker communications and working with our analytics team to enhance narratives driven by data.
